• I am an educational leader who is committed to the education of all students through the use of data, research-based practices, and a belief that all students can learn.
• I ensure that the vision and mission of the school district is adequately reflected in its programs to meet the needs of all students and the community at large.
• I am a servant leader who is devoted to the faculty and staff of the district. 
• I believe that as the leader of the district, I set the example for others to follow.  This is done by maintaining rigorous standards, a strong work ethic, and high-quality work.
• I am committed to improving not only the school district but also the community in which it resides. This is done by reaching out stakeholders, listening to the concerns of its patrons, and building collaborative relationships.
• I am dedicated to the efficient use of the district’s resources through transparency, fiscal responsibility, accountability, and exploring alternative sources of funding.
• I believe in creating a culture of excellence that students, teachers, faculty, and community patrons take pride in. A culture that sets the example for the community, region, and state.
